Supervision
Supervision is proven to improve skills and consolidate professional development in health care professionals. It is considered a reflective process that raise awareness in clinical practice, sharing knowledge, understanding and hypothesis with another professional who is not involved in the same practice. Supervision therefore allows to reduce the risks of burnout and turnover among professionals.
I offer Supervision mainly to:

Training
Training is the process undertaken to raise awareness in psychological issues in an understandable way according to different audience. Any training provide an assessment or baseline of the current situation in order to identify specific needs. A training can use different methods according to the expected aim.
I can provide training to professionals, groups, associations within the community coming from the public, private or NGOs sector. I have been experienced being Lecturer at Universities in Italy and New Zealand, and I am teaching Psychoanalysis and Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy.
